At Pawelier, we do not offer returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we are happy to provide a replacement. Simply take a clear photo of the product and contact us with your reason for the replacement request. We’ll ensure you receive a new item at no additional cost.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

We take 1-2 days to process the order. We aim to deliver your order within 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will always do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
