At Pawelier, we do not offer returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we are happy to provide a replacement. Simply take a clear photo of the product and contact us with your reason for the replacement request. We’ll ensure you receive a new item at no additional cost.

We offer refunds only if the product arrives damaged or broken. To request a refund, please submit a clear photo of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving it, along with a brief explanation of the issue. Once we review and confirm the damage, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
For non-damaged items, we do not provide refunds. However, if your item qualifies, we are happy to ship a replacement free of charge.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your order's status via the courier’s website. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us.

You can easily track your order through YunExpress or 17TRACK. Simply paste your tracking number into the search bar on either website, and you’ll be able to see the latest updates on your shipment.

Sizes vary depending on the product due to their handmade nature. Please refer to the "Information" section of each product or check the last two pictures for the specific size chart related to that item. Additionally, please allow for a 1-2 cm size difference due to the handmade process.
